[bsd, am, fermi] Replace assertions with warnings and update stubs (#3160)

Browse source 
- Return error logs instead of asserts for BSD sockets
- Warn about source depth != 1 in blits instead of assert in Fermi2D
- Update AM 210 - GetLaunchRequiredVersionUpgrade

Fixes Marvel Cosmic Invasion loading screen crash.
